Rafael is a Member of diffrent REO management applications such as RES NET,Equator,Hubzu.
Rafael can represent Buyers and Sellers over wide area & in a variety of price ranges.
His Seller Marketing Plans and Buyer Representation Programs are Top notch, and individually created for each client.
